bg721 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years old to participate on the bg721 platform. This service is available only to those aged 21 and above. Registration by a minor is strictly prohibited and, if confirmed, the account will be closed immediately.

1.2 Valid Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to register:

• You are a natural person and are legally capable of entering into a contract.
• You are creating the account for yourself, not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already have an active or closed account on bg721.
• You have not voluntarily self-excluded yourself.
• You are using this platform in full mental capacity and entirely of your own free will.

1.3 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If an attempt is made to create multiple accounts, bg721 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and permanently close all associated accounts.

2.1 Registration Process

bg721 may complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing a withdrawal or at any time. As part of this, a national ID card, passport, or other valid documents may be requested. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being restricted or suspended.

2.4 Account Closure and Suspension

bg721 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of Terms is found.
• If fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If bonuses are misused.
• If KYC verification fails.
• On the order of a court or regulatory authority.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. We currently accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed. bg721 reserves the right to verify withdrawal requests.

3.3 Financial Liability

Transaction fees charged by the relevant payment provider may apply to any deposit or withdrawal. Currency conversion does not apply — all transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.4 Fraud and Chargebacks

If evidence of fraud, a chargeback, or a credit card dispute is found on any transaction, the associated account will be immediately suspended and bg721 reserves the right to take legal action.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus is applicable only once and only on the first deposit. To make the bonus withdrawable, a 20x wagering requirement must be met.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• The combined total of the bonus and deposit is counted toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one bonus is already active.
• If a specific expiry period is stated for a promotion, the requirement must be met within that time.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, artificially influencing bet outcomes, or group betting — if detected, will result in the bonus and related winnings being forfeited and the account may be closed.

4.4 VIP Program

bg721's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%), and Gold (up to 1.5%). The cashback amount and other VIP benefits may be changed at the discretion of bg721.

5.1 Fairness of Game Results

All games on the bg721 platform are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or a live dealer system. All results are determined entirely on a random basis and fair play is ensured.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and are displayed in the game interface. bg721 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error or system failure during a game causes a game result to be unclear or incorrect, bg721 reserves the right to void that round and may refund the relevant bet amount. bg721 is not obligated to pay out an incorrect winning amount displayed due to a technical error.
